Today’s topic is our good friend Scope Creep. Scope Creep (also called requirement creep) in project management refers to uncontrolled changes or continuous growth in a project’s scope. We will be discussing techniques on making sure a project is properly defined, documented, or controlled.

    @ 24:20 Se talks about the client not having any access or have lost the ownership of their domain. In order to get access, workout access issues or get the domain back, I am assuming the time spent for that should be billable or should it be part of customer service/help?
